• The Speak with Authority Program

• Workshops and live training sessions

• 1:1 coaching sessions

All services are educational and developmental in nature.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or purchasing any service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

3. Program Enrollment and Payments

​

All program fees and pricing are communicated prior to enrolment.

Full payment is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Withdrawal from a program

• Dissatisfaction

• Inability to attend sessions

• Termination by either party

Access to any program is contingent upon receipt of payment.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

​

For structured programs such as Speak with Authority:

• Sessions must be scheduled within the designated program duration

• Up to three reschedules may be permitted with a minimum of 24 hours written notice

• Missed sessions without notice are forfeited

• Programs automatically conclude if sessions extend beyond the stated time period

Rescheduling beyond permitted limits is at the sole discretion of the Coach.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within programs is the intellectual property of Sumiit Tripathy.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Frameworks

• Exercises

• Training materials

• Videos

• Recordings

• Worksheets

• Branding

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any material without prior written consent.

Recording coaching sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Confidentiality

Personal information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

You agree not to share proprietary materials or private group discussions with non-participants.

7. No Guarantees

​

Coaching is a collaborative process.

While services are delivered in good faith and with reasonable care, no guarantees are made regarding specific results, business growth, income increases, or personal outcomes.

Your success depends on your effort, implementation, and external factors beyond the Coach’s control.
